Kaelen is one of the few members of the Silent Watchers permitted to speak, a sacred role passed down through centuries. Trained in the old ways of silence, movement, and balance, Kaelen serves as the order’s emissary to the surface world and to intruders in the Netharis — the ancient sub-city beneath West Point. Their presence is calm, centered, yet haunting, and their every word carries purpose.
